1. The service
VPNbyDev is a selective-routing VPN client for macOS and iOS. It tunnels only the traffic of services in the configured rule-sets through our edge nodes; everything else stays direct. 2. Subscription
- Price: 10 USDT for 30 days. Payment via CryptoBot (TON, TRC20, ERC20 networks).
- Per subscription: up to 2 active devices. Activation code is reusable until the subscription expires or the device cap is reached.
- No automatic renewal. To extend, buy a new subscription.
3. Refunds
If the VPN doesn't connect on your supported device within 24 hours of your purchase, write us at apps@devby.pro with your activation code and we'll issue a full refund in USDT to your CryptoBot wallet. After 24 hours or after a successful connection, sales are final.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VPNbyDev to:
- Commit fraud, distribute malware or spam, run port scans, or attack other systems.
- Distribute material that is illegal in your jurisdiction (CSAM, terrorism support, doxxing).
- Circumvent age restrictions in the App Store or any platform's terms of service.
- Resell, sublicense, or share your activation code outside the per-subscription device cap.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund. You are responsible for compliance with the law in your jurisdiction.
5. Service availability
VPNbyDev is provided as-is. We aim for high uptime but don't commit to an SLA. Edges may rotate; rule-sets may update; the service may be temporarily unreachable for maintenance or due to upstream issues. We are not liable for service outages.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVBY.PRO LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of VPNbyDev. Total liability per subscriber is capped at the amount paid for the current 30-day subscription.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. EU consumers retain the rights granted by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Sign out of the app to clear your local credentials. We may terminate your subscription without refund for breach of section 4 (Acceptable use).
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date and (for material changes) post a notice to active subscribers via the Telegram bot. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
